Your personalized payment schedule is always available in the confirmation emails you received at the time of booking. Here’s how to find it:

  • Square Contract Email: When your trip was booked, you received an email from Square with your signed travel agreement and payment schedule. Look for a subject line like “Journeys Allure Contract” or “Your Square Contract & Payment Terms.”
     
  • Supplier Confirmation Email: If your trip was booked through a supplier such as VAX, ExpediaTap, Vacation Express or another travel partner, you will also have received a separate confirmation email from them with deposit amounts, due dates, and final payment deadlines.
     
  • Check Your Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes these emails get filtered. Search your inbox for “Square Contract” or the supplier name (e.g., VAX, Expedia, Viator).
     

*Journeys Allure does not issue live balance updates or send monthly invoices. Your official payment schedule and balance details always come directly from Square (for contracts) or the supplier (for bookings).
