 A: For most Luxe Travel packages, flights are not included. This gives you the freedom to choose your airline, use points, or take advantage of flight payment options like Uplift or Airfordable. I’ll provide your exact trip dates so you can book the best option for you. 


A: Don’t worry,  a higher deposit usually means your airfare is being locked in right away. Air is always the most time-sensitive part of a package, and once it’s secured, your accommodations and activities are confirmed as well. This way you don’t risk losing flight space or facing higher last-minute fares. 


A: Yes! Many of my travel partners offer low deposits and monthly payment schedules. You can also use Uplift (buy now, pay later) or Airfordable to split your airfare into smaller payments. Your payment terms will always be included in your Square contract or supplier confirmation email. 


A: Luggage is set by the airline you choose. Different airlines charge different rates for checked bags, carry-ons, and overweight luggage. Your Luxe Travel package does not include luggage fees, so be sure to check your airline’s baggage policy when booking flights. 


A: Yes — a valid passport is required for all international trips. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date. If your passport will expire sooner, you may be denied boarding. Journeys Allure provides a traveler form to collect and confirm passport details so you’re always in compliance. 


A: Each curated Luxe trip includes 5-star accommodations, hand-picked cultural activities, and unforgettable experiences. Meals, flights, luggage, and personal expenses are usually not included unless specifically noted. 


A: Absolutely! You can enhance your trip by booking tours and experiences through my Viator portal (linked under Enhance Your Trip in the Client Zone). Or, reach out and I’ll personally arrange them for you. 


A: Journeys Allure also handles custom travel planning. If you want a hotel stay, an all-inclusive resort in places like Jamaica or Cancun, or even a fully curated itinerary, I can make it happen. Just submit a custom request form and I’ll take care of the details and follow up.


A: Yes, yes, and yes! Whether you’re a solo “Passport Babe,” planning a romantic trip for two, or coordinating a big group, Journeys Allure makes it seamless.


A: Your personalized payment schedule is always available in the confirmation email you received from Square (your signed contract) or directly from the supplier (VAX, Expedia, Viator, etc.) 


A: I always recommend insurance to protect your investment. Journeys Allure can include insurance in your package or provide a waiver if you choose to decline coverage.
