Hotel Selection:

The hotel will be selected from a curated list of premium 4-star properties near Disney based on final headcount and group logistics.

Final property details are revealed after final payment is completed.

This allows flexibility in securing the best group rate while maintaining quality and location standards.

Pricing is locked once your deposit is received.

Failure to submit final payment by September 15, 2026 will result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.

Passport Babes™ is a curated, contract-based group experience.

This experience is transferable but not refundable.

If a guest cancels:

• Payments may be transferred to another eligible 21+ woman

• A $575 Cancellation Commitment Fee will be retained

This fee covers secured room commitments, curated materials, experience preparation, and administrative costs already allocated.

After August 1, 2026 (join cutoff date), all payments become fully non-refundable due to secured vendor commitments.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Double occupancy pricing is per person.

Guests may:

• Bring their own roommate

• Be paired with another approved Passport Babe

If a roommate cancels:

• She must secure a replacement

OR

• Pay a $575 Room Commitment Fee

The remaining roommate is not financially responsible for the other guest’s cancellation.

Items not explicitly listed under “What’s Included” are not included in your package.

This includes:

• Roundtrip Flights to/from Orlando

• Transportation to and from Orlando (airport transfers, rideshares, rental cars, etc.)

• Transportation outside scheduled Hotel ⇄ EPCOT transfers

• Travel insurance

• Meals outside hosted experiences

• Food or snacks inside EPCOT beyond personal preference

• Additional alcohol beyond drink credits

• Park upgrades (Park Hopper, Lightning Lane, etc.)

• Hotel incidentals (room service, minibar, damages, etc.)

• Souvenirs and personal spending
